Pavear helps families find classes and helps schools answer them. We collect only what we need to do that. We don’t sell your details, and we don’t use advertising trackers.
When you message a school
You give us your name, your email or phone, your child’s first name and age (or that the class is for you), the times that suit you, and your message. We send all of it to the school you chose, so they can reply through Pavear or contact you directly. Someone at Pavear reads each message before it goes out, and we keep it so we can pass on replies.
When you book a free trial
You give us your name, email, your child’s first name and age, and optionally a phone number. The school sees these so they can welcome you. We email you a confirmation and a reminder. We only send a follow-up after a missed class if you ticked the box that allows it.
When you ask a school a question
On a school’s page you can ask its assistant a question. Your messages go to an AI model provider to write the answer, and we keep the conversation so the school can follow up. If you ask for a personal reply, we also keep the email you give us.
When you search
The ZIP code or city you type is used to find classes near it; we look it up with OpenStreetMap. If you tap “use my current location”, your browser shares your approximate position for that search. Before you choose a place, we may start from a rough location based on your internet connection. When you pick a place, we remember it in a small cookie called pv_loc on your device for up to six months, so your next search starts there.
How we count visits
We count page views, searches and clicks to schools’ websites to see how Pavear is used. We do this without cookies and without an identifier on your device. A visitor is counted once a day using a scrambled code made from their internet address and browser, with a random ingredient we delete at the end of each day, so visits can’t be linked from one day to the next. We keep only daily totals, including a rough city and country. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, you aren’t counted at all.
Schools and other accounts
Schools sign in with an emailed link. Signing in sets one cookie, pavear_session, that keeps you signed in. What a school adds to its page (classes, times, prices, address) is public. School listings for schools that haven’t joined come from their own websites and other public sources; schools can ask us to correct or remove them.
Who else handles your information
Besides the school you contact, a few services run Pavear for us: Vercel hosts the website, Cloudflare runs our servers and database, Resend sends our emails, DeepInfra runs the AI model, and OpenStreetMap looks up places. They only get what they need for that job. We never sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Children
Pavear is for parents and adults. The only information about a child is what a parent enters: a first name and an age.
Keeping and deleting
We keep messages, bookings and conversations while they’re useful for you and the school. To see or delete what we hold about you, email hello@anjadhe.ai. Information already sent to a school is also held by that school.
Changes and questions
If this changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Questions? Email hello@anjadhe.ai.
